What kind of runner are you?

What kind of runner are you?  Are you a:

  • Warrior
  • Purist
  • Socializer
  • Exerciser 

Funny, I took this quiz back when I was in my marathon training class, and it said I was a socializer.  I took it again today, and it said I am a purist.  I am not sure which of my answers changed, but that is actually pretty accurate for each time in my life.

Going back through the questions, most of my answers fit the purist category, except the food questions tip me towars socializer.   I am right on the border.

    It says I am mostly a warrior… well, Snowman always said I’m a closet competitive runner :-)

    Warrior…GRRRRRR…
    On the 5k is slower question, the quiz didn’t offer the correct answer, which is “blood dope.”

    P.S. Sparkplug is downright scary.

    Hmmm… I didn’t feel like I related to any of the questions or categories. For what it is worth, I defaulted into Exerciser.

    Nature didn’t build me to move faster than 3.5 mph, but I took the test anyway substituting “walking” for “running”. Apparently I’m an Exerciser, which will make most people who actually know me collapse in hysterics.

    I want a job where the boss asks me to go for a drink. Oh well.

    Totally thought I would be a socializer, as I hardly ever run by myself anymore, but ended up as a purist. Hmmm…
